Feminized Keiriko

As though you couldn't tell already...this is so totally not my regular style. XD ~hellsfallenangle sent me a Note asking me if she could draw a female version of Keiriko, and I told her to go ahead. I really liked it when she posted the black-and-white version, so I asked to color it, not realizing that she was going to color it too...but since I already asked, I did it anyway. :3 Using bandages as her clothing was incredibly clever; I may have to incorporate that into future designs.

I made a few minor adjustments between the original and this one. The original was too messy for my tastes, so I digitally inked it, and in the process I corrected the left eye (it was huge compared to the right), thickened the necklace so I could color it blue, and added the marking over her left eye. I tried to draw feet for her, but I didn't like how they turned out so I dropped it. I also attempted to make a hybrid shading style, half as soft as my previous deviations, but it still looks like cel-shading...at least I dropped the shiny bits. XD

Overall, I'm rather pleased with how this turned out, which I can't say for the past few I did. But don't expect any more scantily-clad women in the future!
